Lean Six Sigma
About the Program
UTEP CREATE has partnered with the Lean Six Sigma Institute to offer students a pathway to professional certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies — a globally recognized framework for process improvement and operational excellence.
Enrollment has been open since Fall 2025, beginning with White Belt and Yellow Belt offerings. The program expanded to include Green Belt knowledge certification courses in Spring and Summer 2026, with many students currently working toward completing their belts this summer.
